Interact Club update
There is more to come for the Interact Club. At their most recent event on Saturday Jan 16, they went to University United Methodist Church to feed the homeless once again.
“We had a pretty good turnout and it went well as usual,” Interact president senior McCall Raftus said. “For the next UUMC event we'll actually be working in a part of the church called the Fig Leaf. We will be sorting clothing.”
Upcoming events for this club include visiting the Ronald McDonald House Feb. 28 to make lunch for the families living there, working with the Capital Area Food Bank, and possibly going to an orphanage to make the kids’ birthday cakes.
